Amedia Signs Agreements with Two Leading Value Added Resellers In Korea; QoStream(TM) Products Viewed as Ideal Platform for the World's Most Broadband Connected Country.

(OTCBB:AANI), a provider of switched Ethernet ultra-broadband solutions for the Triple Play Access Market, today announced that it has separately reached agreements with Tellord Company and Sejong Network Technologies to distribute Amedia's QoStream products to Korean-based customers.

Founded in 1996, Tellord provides systems integration services and devices for the broadband networking, satellite broadcasting, mobile, telemetry, and intelligent building industries. They count many of the leading carriers in Korea among their customers. Their agreement with Amedia encompasses the reselling of the QoStream products within the Korean carrier and public networking markets.
