:AANI), a provider of next generation media gateways to distribute and manage ultra-broadband triple-play services in the home, today announced its first quarter 2007 revenue results, reported as $234,400, as compared to $25,379 for the first quarter in 2006 and $3,120 for the fourth quarter of 2006. This was the company's first significant revenue achievement, which was primarily derived from the sale of the first production of the MIPX line of products for Motorola's US customer trials.

We have proven that we can develop high-quality carrier class products on time and within budget," said Amedia President, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Among the applications is our innovative focus on developing solutions that bring video content stored on websites around the world to the TV set - without the need for traditional computers in the home. We have successfully demonstrated this technology at trade shows and in customer labs in recent months. The strategy will include the sale of software to both telecom equipment providers and telecom service providers, and will serve as a platform for new and innovative services such as gaming, home monitoring, and consolidation and distribution of personal digital entertainment content within the home.

"We are also in active discussions with potential industry-leading partners to do joint product development, and are exploring the licensing of intellectual property through these partners to help accelerate the delivery of home gateway and home media center products to the market.

"As a result of this shift in strategy we have made a number of changes that have resulted in reducing our expenditures by more than 50%, reflecting staff adjustments and other cost reductions. We are refocusing Noun 1. refocusing - focusing again
