Amedia CEO Issues Operational Update.

EATONTOWN, N.J. -- In a letter to Company stockholders, Frank Galuppo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Amedia Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:AANI), a provider of home gateways and switched Ethernet ultra-broadband solutions, offered an update related to the Company's operations and growth strategy. Galuppo noted that progress has been continuing at an encouraging pace, and that the leadership team "has been diligently laboring to achieve the business objectives that we have set for ourselves." Among his listed accomplishments were:

--In February 2005, we announced our initial VDSL-based Fiber-to-the-Node / Curb solutions.

--In October 2005, we announced a VDSL2-based Home Gateway, the HG-V100, which was the first of its kind to be available in the market.

--Also in October 2005, we announced that the HG-V100 would be available in a carrier-grade / hardened version that could be mounted outdoors. This was the first such product announced that was available to customers.

--Recently, we announced our MDUStream(TM) solution that is based on this same technology, and targeted to helping telephone companies provide Triple Play services to subscribers living in Multiple Dwelling Units.

--We expanded our market reach by entering into several key relationships with international distributors, resellers, and co-marketing partners in some of the fastest growing markets. Examples include SejongNT and Tellord in Korea, and Cambridge Industries in China. In addition, we entered into a wide-ranging strategic partnership agreement with Motorola.

Continuing to address the Motorola relationship, Galuppo shared with stockholders a comment from Tony Zona, Vice President of Motorola Wireline Access Solutions, who stated that, "Motorola is proud to work with Amedia to bring our carrier customers advanced in-home gateways that can increase the return-on-investment they have made in the Motorola Multi-Service Access Platform. We look forward to bringing products to the marketplace that realize the full potential of the combined innovation and engineering resources of Motorola and Amedia." Galuppo added, "Amedia's aggressive response to industry shifts has enabled us to bring the right mix of assets to our relationship with Motorola - a worldwide leader in video delivery to the home."

Among the other accomplishments listed by Mr. Galuppo were the high levels of visibility achieved by the Company's marketing initiatives, the formation of a respected and influential Advisory Board, and a series of successful demonstrations and trials of the Company's solutions.
