WHAT:

Amedia Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: AANI) invites you to attend the
SUPERCOMM 2005 "Optics Advance to the Premises" Industry Update
Session with John Colton, CTO and Senior Vice President of Product
Realization at Amedia, speaking on the topic of the "Relentless
Advance of True Broadband to the Premises".

The session will focus on the economic impact of technology advances
that have combined to drive true broadband and fiber deployment even
closer to the subscriber. It will also present the technologies of
choice and experiences of key companies who are leading the way in
FTTx.

Mr. Colton will also be available at the Amedia exhibit (booth #
71049) where the Company will be demonstrating its latest innovative
products, including its MDU/MTU solution to economically provide up to
100 Mbps over copper pairs in risers for triple play services. The
same VDSL-based infrastructure can be used to provide an extremely
flexible Fiber-to-the-Node (FTTN) solution for carriers implementing
that type of topology - a solution that maximizes the preservation of
the initial investment as neighborhoods transition to full fiber
access. Inter-operability of these and Amedia's other Ethernet
Switched Optical Networking solutions with other vendor's content
managers, soft switch, and layer 2/3 Ethernet core switches will also
be demonstrated.
