Kanisa said its applications extend the capabilities of Amdocs ClarifyCRM products by optimizing service resolution across all customer service channels. The agreement enables Amdocs to resell Kanisa5 applications to customers worldwide. For Amdocs ClarifyCRM customers, the partnership delivers a service resolution alternative that can be easily integrated with their existing environment. Kanisa5 for Amdocs ClarifyCRM is a complete suite of knowledge-empowered customer service applications that automate To turn a set of manual steps into an operation that goes by itself. See automation.  the problem resolution process across customer service channels. Through self-service on company Web sites, the product decreases the volume of calls into call centers. Kanisa5 for Amdocs ClarifyCRM delivers a knowledge management platform that integrates content from across the enterprise including Clarify (company) Clarify - A software vendor, specialising in Customer Relationship Management software. Nortel Networks sold Clarify to Amdocs in 2002.
