), a major international provider of customer care, billing and order management solutions to the telecommunications industry, have announced an agreement to implement Amdocs' Ensemble end-to-end customer care and billing system.

VoiceStream, offering service in 25 states, will use Ensemble to support all of its subscribers. In addition to the tailored Ensemble software, Amdocs is providing VoiceStream with implementation, training, and ongoing support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services , and will also be responsible for data center operations.

Ensemble supports all unique aspects of the GSM environment, such as international roaming, acquisition and formatting of GSM data input formats, provisioning of GSM network elements, and inventory management of SIM cards and MSISDNs. With the implementation of VoiceStream, Amdocs' customer base will cover over 70% of GSM subscribers in the United States.
