The Amdocs solution will offer ongoing support for application and infrastructure development, maintenance services and management of Verizon International's growing billing operations. Based out of Verizon's ISC in Dallas, Amdocs will manage the support services and integrated billing across Verizon International affiliates in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela. This centralized support structure for the Ensemble platform gives Verizon International's mobile operations additional strength and flexibility to offer its customers additional products, services and price options for differentiation in the highly competitive international marketplace. Amdocs provides Verizon with an adaptable and secure outsourcing model for superior value and reduced expense structures, through controlled costs and enhanced revenue generation.
