Mr. Smith has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries, building and managing customer relationships in areas including wireless and wireline billing and customer care outsourcing. Prior to joining Amdocs, Mr. Smith held various senior management positions in the IT and telecom industries, including chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
