 International that operates under the market brand QwestDex, today announced that Dex Media East will adopt an Amdocs' IT services outsourcing solution across its business. This solution will extend to the entire Dex company, conditional to the close of Dex Media West.

Under the 5-year agreement, Amdocs will provide IT services to support Dex Media's yellow pages, white pages and electronic products, including IT application development and maintenance, end-user support and implementation services. As part of the outsourcing agreement, Amdocs will implement the newest generation of the ADSNG/Family of Products, providing an advanced, unified platform addressing all aspects of the directory publishing process.
