Amdahl Global Solutions (Amdahl GS), a division of Amdahl(R) Corporation, today announced the signing of an agreement with Rational Software Corporation(R) (NASDAQ:RATL). This relationship is based on Amdahl's EnView application performance monitoring system and Rational's PerformanceStudio(TM) load testing product. Together, these products will provide global organizations with the ability to plan, test and continuously monitor distributed client/server and Web-based applications, such as e-commerce and SAP R/3(TM), with unsurpassed accuracy, scalability and ease of use. Industry-leading IT organizations, including Bell Atlantic Corporation and First Union National Bank have already deployed EnView to meet their service-level monitoring needs.
