Group Inc. announce that Amdahl has concluded agreements with the principal shareholders of DMR for the tender of their Class A subordinate voting shares Voting Shares Shares that give the stockholder the right to vote on matters of corporate policy making as well as who will compose the members of the board of directors. Notes: Different classes of shares, such as preferred stock, sometimes don't allow for voting rights. and Class B shares of DMR to Amdahl. Together these shareholders, comprising the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of DMR, the Estate of J. Alain Roy and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP), commonly referred to as Teachers', is the organization responsible for administering pensions for public school teachers of Ontario. The OTPP also invests the plan's pension fund.
