Amdahl Global Solutions, a division of Amdahl Corporation, today announced the availability of the Web-IT(TM) Solution Suite. As the only Microsoft(R) Enterprise Partner in the OS/390 space, Amdahl utilizes the functionality of Microsoft products such as SNA Server(TM) with COMTI, and Amdahl's e-Commerce Secure Transaction Service (e-STS) to provide customers with fully transactional, secured access to legacy data via the Web. The Web-IT Solution Suite increases customers' competitive advantage by enabling them to retain their current investments in legacy systems, such as OS/390, while exploiting legacy data to leverage the explosive growth of the Internet.
