Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on : AMCRY)today announced that its subsidiary, Containers Packaging has signed an agreement to sell the Leigh-Mardon security printing operations to American Banknote Corporation. The agreement is conditional on a number of matters which the parties expect to successfully address, enabling completion of the transaction by the end of May this year. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed. Amcor operates the largest security printing business in Australia.
