:DIT), an Omaha, NE based consumer products distributor, announced today that it has formed a new beverage division composed of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, The Beverage Group, Inc., and Hawaiian Natural Water Company, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMCON since December 2001.

The Beverage Group, Inc. will market and distribute Hawaiian Springs(R) natural spring water, along with other premium beverages, in Canada, the continental United States United States territory, including the adjacent territorial waters, located within North America between Canada and Mexico. Also called CONUS.  and Mexico. Hawaiian Natural Water Company, which produces and sells the Hawaiian Springs product, will focus its efforts on production and marketing in Hawaii and sales in the Pacific Region and Asia.
