Amcast Declares Dividend.
DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 27, 1999--
Amcast Industrial Corporation (NYSE:AIZ AIZ - Air Intercept Zone
AIZ - Anti Imperialistische Zelle(n) (German: Anti-Imperialistic Cell; now defunct terrorist group)) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable December 22, 1999, to shareholders of record December 7.
Dividends paid by Amcast have been uninterrupted since 1936.
Amcast Industrial Corporation is a leading manufacturer of technology-intensive metal products. Its two business segments are brand name Flow Control Products marketed through national distribution channels, and Engineered Components for original equipment manufacturers.
