The Mineral Claims comprising the Property have been duly and validly staked and recorded pursuant to the Mineral Act and are in good standing.

The terms of the Option Agreement are a payment of $5,000.00 upon signing the Agreement and a further payment of $10,000.00 on or before the six-month anniversary date of the Agreement. Ambra agrees to carry out a minimum of $50,000.00 in exploration work before June 1, 2003 and thereafter agrees to keep the property in good standing to maintain its ownership interest in the property.
