Ambra Mining Division Adds New Mineral Claims and Announces a Fall Work Program.

Publicly traded Ambra Resources Group Inc. (OTCBB:ABRG) announces a Joint Venture Mineral Claims Purchase with Baygold Syndicate of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Ambra Mining Division has entered into an option agreement to purchase 70% of five contiguous Mineral Claims in the Nelson Mining Division of British Columbia. The property contains a total of 38 Units covering 2432 acres.

The Mineral Claims comprising the Property have been duly and validly staked and recorded pursuant to the Mineral Act and are in good standing.

The terms of the Option Agreement are a payment of $5,000.00 upon signing the Agreement and a further payment of $10,000.00 on or before the six-month anniversary date of the Agreement. Ambra agrees to carry out a minimum of $50,000.00 in exploration work before June 1, 2003 and thereafter agrees to keep the property in good standing to maintain its ownership interest in the property.

The Bluebird claim group is located in southeastern British Columbia. This property is contiguous to the Kena Gold-Copper discovery of Sultan Minerals, approximately 6 miles south of Nelson, British Columbia.

Ambra further announces a Fall Work Program on the Independence and Bluebird Claim Groups to coincide with the Work Program being conducted in the same area by the Joint Venture of Sultan Minerals and Kinross Gold on the Kena Property adjoining Ambra's claims groups.

The scope of the project, conducted by one Doctorate geologist, another geologist and a geotechnician, will be to relocate and sample all known showings and workings on the two groups of claims.

The areas will be geologically mapped and soil and rock samples will be collected for analysis.

The team anticipates acquiring new and important knowledge of the geology of the areas.

The team is scheduled to begin the Work Program immediately.
