Ambit International today announced the InternetASP Forum for ISVs being held on March 13, 2001 in San Diego, Calif. Creating a Successful ISV Pricing Strategy -- presented by Amy Wohl of Wohl & Associates, sought-after consultant and published author on pricing for new technology models. Ms. Wohl will extract this tutorial from her recent research, examine what's possible and preferable, how profits are shared and the interrelated marketing issues so ISVs can anticipate all the costs associated in e-outsourced distribution. Mark Hynes, Vice President of Business Development for Xevo Corporation, will co-present at this session.

SLAs: The Keys to Ongoing Client Satisfaction -- presented by senior analyst on emerging business opportunities Warren Wilson of Summit Strategies. Mr. Wilson will examine the key trends and explain how to construct Service Level Agreements that distinguish ISVs from the competition and protect them from liability.

Creating the Outsourced Delivery Value Proposition -- presented by 20+ year IT executive and investment banker Kevin Green of Cherry Tree & Co. This case study will concentrate on lessons learned from Mediclick that successfully transitioned from a legacy to web-centric model. Participants will gain a strategic, operational and financial view, as well as how this impacts a company valuation. Ron Kupferman of Mediclick will participate in the presentation of the case study for his company.
