Dr. Cheng's presentation will be part of the "Mobility Enhancement Technology" session and includes a review of recent material technology advances; presenting a multiple set of approaches for future research in the area of heteroepitaxy on bulk silicon substrates. Dr. Cheng holds the position of Director, Emerging Technologies with AmberWave Systems Corporation. Dr. Cheng has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National University in Singapore, and completed post-doctoral work in material science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Massachusetts Institute of Technology, at Cambridge; coeducational; chartered 1861, opened 1865 in Boston, moved 1916.
