Amber W. Vranca Joins Goldsmith Agio Helms.

Ms. Vranca has advised on a broad range of M&A, distressed M&A, and restructuring transactions. In the past five years, she has specialized in sell-side M&A advisory, completing assignments for entrepreneurs, private equity groups, and private companies. With experience in a variety of industries, Ms. Vranca has developed particular expertise in the industrial products and manufacturing, consumer products and apparel, retail, and aerospace and defense sectors.

Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms, Ms. Vranca worked in the Los Angeles office of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where she focused on sell-side M&A advisory transactions. Previously, she worked at Lehman Brothers Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LEH), founded in 1850, is a diversified, global financial services firm.
