Receiving the visitors were a number of members and Board Members of the association, headed by Mrs. Meisa Batayneh, BPW-A's Chairperson. The visitors were given a detailed presentation about BPWA's core projects and initiatives including the "At Home" project and the "Call Center" project., both designed to serve professional women, and create opportunities for women to work from home or closer to their homes, thereby supporting them to overcome the various obstacles they face as they play their part in contributing to the Jordanian economy. The visitors were later given a tour of the Amman "Call Center" project location, which had been set up earlier this year through support from the USAID USAID United States Agency for International Development USAID Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional (Spanish) Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ). The Call Center project also operates in Zarqa.
