Seasoned legal counsel to play key role in growth of

online printing e-procurement provider

ImageX.com (Nasdaq:IMGX), a leading business-to-business Internet market maker for printed business materials, today announced that Mariam Naini, formerly associate general counsel at Amazon.com, was named as VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ImageX.com.

Naini serves as the chief legal officer at ImageX.com and is responsible for all legal aspects pertaining to ImageX.com and supporting the company in meeting its core business and growth objectives. Joining ImageX.com in advance of its recent Follow-On public offering, Naini, notably, implemented the company's 52 patent filings in the first week of January.
