 Tinsley's diverse background in early and late stage acquisitions as it continues to identify key additions to their collaborative network of partner companies. During Tinsley's years at Amazon.com and Intel, he was involved in more than 100 transactions including full acquisitions and minority investments both within the US as well as internationally. Tinsley's acquisition and business development expertise will help facilitate the growth of Internet Capital's network.

Additionally, he'll help grow Internet Capital's partner companies by identifying and facilitating potential merger and acquisition opportunities.

Tinsley also raised $1.25B through issuance of Convertible Bonds and completed international acquisitions in Japan, England and Germany on Amazon's behalf. Prior to joining Amazon, Tinsley was a Senior Staff Attorney and later the Assistant Treasurer for Mergers and Acquisitions at Intel Corp., where he played a central role in building the company's Corporate Business Development capability.
