All three parties involved have agreed that, at this time, it is in the best interest of the respective shareholders to proceed independently with the exploration and development of their properties. However, Copperstone and Canmex have agreed to cooperate with respect to exploration on certain properties within the Boleo district.

All of the companies have property interests in the Boleo copper/cobalt district adjacent to the property of International Curator in Baja California Sur Baja California Sur (sr), state (1990 pop. 317,764), 27,571 sq mi (71,428 sq km), NW Mexico, on the Baja California peninsula. Recent drilling and other geological work by Canmex have demonstrated that Boleo depositional basins, with copper/cobalt mineralization Mineralization

, exist over large areas in the Boleo district. Geologically, the Boleo district is similar to the enormous sediment hosted copper/cobalt deposits of Zambia and Zaire and there is abundant evidence, including drilling, that the Boleo basins identified by Canmex may contain several ore bodies.

Canmex intends to commence a substantial drilling program on its concessions in the fourth quarter of this year. Further details will be reported shortly.
