Amalgamated Explorations Appoints John H. Resing as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

:AXPL) announced today the appointment of John H. Resing of Bellevue, Wash., as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company and its wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
