Excluding the impact of FAS 123R, net earnings from continuing operations per diluted share for the first nine months of 2006 increased 13% to $1.04 from $0.92 for the comparable period in 2005. In addition, we initiated the disposition of four surgery centers, one of which was completed in the third quarter and three of which were completed in October. Similar to 2006, FAS 123R expense will be significantly higher in the first quarter of 2007 than in the remaining quarters of the year.
