(Nasdaq NM:AMSGA) (Nasdaq NM:AMSGB), today announced that the Company was ranked 12th in the inaugural list of the 100 fastest growing, publicly held small businesses in the United States, which appears in the July/August issue of FSB: Fortune Small Business magazine. The FSB 100 list measures the three-year performance of publicly held companies that had revenues for 2000 of $200 million or less. The companies were ranked based on three criteria - earnings growth, revenue growth and total stock return - with each criteria weighted equally. Fortune magazine is the parent publication of FSB.
