"BtoB: The Magazine for Marketing Strategists," has ranked AmSouth Bank's (NYSE:ASO) web site 18th in its "2002 NetMarketing 100" list of the top business-to-business web sites, noting its "great resources and advice for users."

The magazine, published by Crain Communications, praised AmSouth's site as being easy to read and navigate and ranked it fourth among financial services and insurance companies.
