), a Texas-based real estate investment trust, today announced its fourteenth consecutive quarterly dividend increase on its class A common shares.

The class A dividend of $.111 will be paid in three monthly installments of $.0368 on April 30, 2003, $.0370 on May 30, 2003 and $.0372 on June 30, 2003 to holders of record of class A common shares on April 21, 2003, May 19, 2003 and June 20, 2003, respectively.

Additionally, the Company declared a dividend on its Class B common shares for the second quarter of $.185 per class B share, to be paid on June 30, 2003 to holders of record on June 20, 2003.
