The portfolio consists of the 2.4 million square foot American Express Tower at 200 Vesey Street; the 1.6 million-square-foot Shearson Lehman Brothers Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LEH), founded in 1850, is a diversified, global financial services firm. It is a participant in investment banking, equity and fixed income sales, research and trading, investment management, private equity, and private banking. Plaza at 388 Greenwich Street and the 800,000 square foot Faulkner Center at 390 Greenwich Street. The buildings are entirely occupied by headquarters and subsidiaries of the American Express Company. "To be associated with such a fine portfolio is just outstanding," Ford said.
