Leadership Role in the Global ASP Market

Always-On, Inc. (www.Always-On.com), the global provider of simple, self-managed and self-deployed IT services and applications for small businesses, today announced the executive appointments of Ronald Leong, Tom Jeavons and Dominique Butticaz to their executive team. These appointments, along with the recent addition of Traver Gruen-Kennedy to the Always-On advisory board, further positions Always-On as a premier global ASP provider in the small business marketplace.

Ronald Leong, Vice President of Marketing

Ronald Leong brings a wealth of e-marketing and business management expertise to Always-On's effort to become a global leader in the ASP industry. Most recently, Leong served as Chief Marketing Officer for E-Commerce Solutions, a leading developer and operator of online marketplaces. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer for CDKnet.com, a multi-media technology company.

Leong earned his BS in engineering from Clarkson University Clarkson participates in student exchange programs with many schools in Europe and Australia. One example is the University of Leicester in the UK where students who are studying engineering come to Clarkson for a year as part of one of the exchange programs.  and an MBA MBA

Jeavons has successfully held a variety of sales and marketing management positions with industry leaders such as Siemens, Mitel, and RCA See RCA connector and video/TV history. . A proven area of expertise for Jeavons lies in conceiving and leading start-up, rapid-growth environments.

As a Senior Vice President for USN Communications, Jeavons provided key leadership in the areas of sales and customer operations. USN was an early entrant into the CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) An organization offering local telephone service that is not one of the traditional telephone companies. The Telecommunications Act of 1996 allowed competition to the incumbent telcos (ILECs), enabling new companies (CLECs)  (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) industry and was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies from its inception in 1995.

Prior to his tenure at USN, Jeavons contributed significantly to the growth and success of Enhanced TeleManagement and its eventual sale to Frontier Communications in his position as Regional Vice President. He was a member of the management team that effectively led the turn-around and sale of Coridian Communications and was also a part of the leadership team that rapidly grew Tel Plus UNY UNY Upstate New York  prior to its sale to Siemens.

Mr. Jeavons attended UNC (Universal Naming Convention) A standard for identifying servers, printers and other resources in a network, which originated in the Unix community. A UNC path uses double slashes or backslashes to precede the name of the computer.  Wilmington and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in business management.

Dominique Butticaz, Managing Director Always-On Europe

Dominique Butticaz brings more than 20 years of expertise in business-to-business ventures to Always-On as she played primary roles in the start-up and developmental phases of several multinational companies.

Before Butticaz joined Always-On, she was Vice President, Licensing and Partnerships Worldwide at the Club Med Club Med (short for Club Méditerranée) is a French corporation of vacation resorts found in many parts of the world, usually in highly exotic locations. It is seen by many as having started the all-inclusive resort concept, which is now a popular vacationing style for  headquarters in Paris. Prior to this experience, Butticaz spearheaded the launch of Mattel Consumer Products for Europe, Middle East and Africa, a mission geared to define and implement a brand extension strategy.
