Alvin B. Reuben named senior vice president, Interactive Sales and Distribution, at BMG Entertainment.

 Entertainment as senior vice president, Interactive Sales and Distribution, it was announced Wednesday by Pete Jones, president, BMG Distribution, to whom he will report.

Reuben will tap nearly 25 years of experience in the entertainment, publishing and software fields to spearhead the U.S. sales and distribution structure for BMG Interactive Entertainment's growing spectrum of multimedia titles, and will be based at the company's New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 headquarters.

"With his diverse background and proven expertise in creating efficient sales channels for a variety of media, Al is a valuable addition to the BMG team," said Jones. "Our ever-growing roster of developers are creating interactive titles ranging from edutainment and information to reference and fast-action games.

"Al brings with him a wealth of experience working with a variety of distribution channels that will be invaluable in effectively placing our products with retailers and distributors."

Primarily, Reuben will be working to distribute interactive titles created by BMG's family of developers, including: Boss Game Studios, DMA (1) (Digital Media Adapter) See digital media hub.

CBS Inc., now CBS Corporation, retained the rights to the CBS name, and Sony renamed the label , where he was senior vice president, Specialty Markets.
