Altvest and the Greenwich Roundtable Form Strategic Alliance; Exclusive Forum Now Available to Hedge Fund Investors.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2000

Altvest, Inc., the Internet's first and leading source of information on hedge funds hedge fund, in finance, a highly speculative, largely unregulated investment device. Originating in the 1950s, the funds "hedge" by offsetting "short" positions (borrowing a security and then selling it at a higher price before repaying the lender) against "long" , and the Greenwich Roundtable, a forum for the leading practitioners of wealth creation and investment philosophy, announced today that they are entering into a strategic partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, Altvest will become the exclusive electronic distributor of the Greenwich Roundtable proceedings.

Since its inception in 1995, the Greenwich Roundtable has attracted some of the investment community's most respected and influential professionals and its monthly forums help shape allocation decisions for the alternative investment community.
