 protein therapeutics for patients with gastrointestinal and metabolic disorders, announced today that it has completed the previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $14.75 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $88.5 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. Altus Pharmaceuticals has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares were offered by Altus Pharmaceuticals. Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.
