.UN) today announced a distribution of $0.0958 per unit for the month of July 2005. Payment will be made on August 15, 2005 to unitholders of record as at July 29, 2005.

In June, The Fund made its first distribution to unitholders of $0.1368 per unit, for the 43-day period from May 19 to June 30, 2005.
