It can be roughly defined by Woodson County in the northwest, Bourbon County in the northeast, Cherokee County in the southeast, and Montgomery County in the southwest. . The Lake Creek No. 3 has been completed with gross initial test flows rates of approximately 130 Mcf natural gas production per day. The Lake Creek No. 2 is in the process of being completed and initial flow tests are being conducted. Recent wet weather has limited access to and delayed completion of the Lake Creek No. 4. The Lake Creek No. 1 commenced commercial production on January 18, 2005. Altus' participation in the drilling and development of the Lake Creek Prospect is pursuant to its Amended Farmout Agreement with Orbit Energy, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol. The Amended Agreement provides Altus the right to participate in the Lake Creek Prospect with a working interest up to 25%, for which the Company is responsible for its proportionate share of capital expenditures attributable to its working interest in the wells.
