The "Telecom Manager's Voice Report" issues an annual customer survey report ranking the major service providers of PBX systems on service and maintenance performance. Altura received the highest marks in 7 of the 9 categories involving service provider rankings. Customers ranked Altura number one in the industry in: technical knowledge, hands-on skills, follow-up, availability of technicians, ease of contact, access to training and billing accuracy.
