Altris Software Appoints Interim CEO.

Altris Software, Inc. (OTCBB:ALTS), a leader in providing integrated document and configuration management solutions, today announced that Carl Mostert, the chief operating officer of the eBusiness Solutions Group of Spescom Ltd., has been appointed interim CEO of Altris Software.

This follows the recent announcement of the appointment of Bill Weber as CEO. After Weber's acceptance of this appointment, he wished to change certain terms and conditions which were not acceptable to the Altris Board. The Company will be conducting a search for a new CEO.

Mostert serves on the Board of Directors of Spescom Ltd. as well as the Board of the Company. In his 18 years with Spescom he has served as managing director of various operating units of Spescom as well as serving as sales and marketing director of Spescom.
