The largest city in the U.S. time, on Monday, February 26, 1996, its exchange offer for APSA's U.S. $60,000,000 12% Senior Notes due 1995 (the "12% Notes") and amounts owed by APSA under a U.S. $20,000,000 demand loan (the "Demand Loan"). On January 17, 1996, APSA commenced an offer to pay U.S. $90.00 in cash and to issue U.S. $928.57 principal amount of its Increasing Rate Notes due 2000 (i) for each $1,000 principal amount of 12% Notes so exchanged and (ii) in consideration of the cancellation of each U.S. $1,000 principal amount of the Demand Loan.
