Global consumer packaged goods company to deploy enterprise

sourcing platform across worldwide operations

Frictionless(R) Commerce, the enterprise sourcing leader, today announced that Alticor Inc. has selected Frictionless(R) Sourcing software to support its total sourcing efforts. Alticor is the parent company of Amway Corporation and Access Business Group.

Currently undergoing an organization transformation process to maximize strategic sourcing opportunities, Alticor selected Frictionless Sourcing as the initiative's cornerstone technology for eSourcing. Among the company's sourcing goals are COGS (cost of goods sold) cost savings, reduced cycle times and enhanced vendor management. Deloitte Consulting, a member of the Frictionless strategic alliance program, will manage the deployment of Alticor's services and consulting needs.

3. Measure contract compliance and track savings to contracts; and

4. Enhance vendor performance monitoring and rating.
