Traditional call centers are rapidly evolving into contact centers as customers choose a variety of channels (from email to webchat) to reach companies. As a result, systems management is becoming more complex. AltiServ OE 4.0 offers agents and supervisors the ability to monitor operations in real time, and they can be local or remote from the business premise. AltiWeb 4.0 provides business web sites with a web-page button that permits consumers to request real time contact with call center agents over the Internet.
