 to extend a sales and marketing alliance first adopted in August of 1999. The renewed relationship combines the strengths of AltiGen and Compaq to deliver the highest quality solution for computer telephony customers. AltiGen and Compaq will combine efforts in product testing and qualification, reseller recruitment, and promotion of the AltiServ product with Compaq ProLiant servers.

The partnership launch coincides with the release of the next generation of AltiGen's award-winning AltiServ product. AltiGen will be featured with Compaq ProLiant servers at Compaq's PartnerVision on September 12, and at Networld/Interop on September 26.
