Summary: In its quest to further improve the quality and range of services for its members, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Dubai International Arbitration International arbitration is the established method today for resolving disputes between parties to international commercial agreements. In its quest to further improve the quality and range of services for its members, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC) organized an awareness raising workshop on Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), which is fast gaining popularity as an informal dispute resolution process, at the Chamber premises on Monday.

Such procedures, which are usually less costly and more expeditious than litigation, are increasingly being used in commercial and labor disputes, Divorce  is an efficient means of resolving disputes without referring to courts. Currently, the justice system is not able to cope up with the ever-increasing burden of civil litigation. Therefore, there is an urgent need to formulate effective ADR

mechanisms, specifically mediation to alleviate the present burden of judicial functioning. At Dubai Chamber iteIUs our priority to promote ADR and its various benefits. We want to build a proactive ADR culture in the region so that all levels of businessmen, decision-makers and entities are aware of the various ADR techniques, the tremendous advantages it brings, and how it can be implemented effectively."
