Alterion, a leader in independent testing, quality assurance and Independent Verification and Validation Services (IV&V) announced today that they are part of KPMG Consulting winning BPA team for the US Army Program Executive Office for Standard Army Management Information Systems (PEO STAMIS).

KPMG estimates the total value of the agreement is $277 million if all options are exercised with a 10% small business requirement for companies like Alterion.

Alterion will have the opportunity to receive task orders to provide IV&V, program management, acquisition support, and independent testing services in the integration area. Currently, PEO STAMIS manages over 19 major IT programs. These programs include the areas of logistics, personnel, procurement, transportation, and medical systems.
