Further, JupiterResearch noted the success of Alterian's partnerships with providers of services to marketers, citing that "Alterian is becoming the data analytics equivalent of having 'Intel Inside' for many marketing services providers and agencies such as Merkle."

The JupiterResearch report highlighted several key features of the Dynamic Messenger platform that are contributing to the success of Alterian's clients. These include a "powerful drag-and-drop analytics studio that makes easy work of multidimension data analysis," "interactive RSS functionality," and "a subscriber health indicator, monitoring the quality of lists based on a number of key performance indicators."
