Alteer Corporation Names Ed Allison Senior VP of Operations; Physicians' Workflow Management Company Chooses Seasoned Professional for Key Senior Post.

Alteer Corporation, a business operating system for physician offices that provides a comprehensive array of Web-based workflow management systems, has named Ed Allison, senior vice president of Operations for the company.

In this newly created position, Allison will direct day-to-day operations and oversee the Sales, Training & Implementation, and Technical Service departments.

Allison comes to Alteer from the San Diego offices of InfoCure, an Atlanta based provider of information technology, e-commerce and e-health products and services to healthcare providers. From 1991 through 1998, he was with Reynolds + Reynolds Healthcare Division, known as National Medical Computer Services until 1993. InfoCure purchased Reynolds + Reynolds Healthcare in 1998. He served as president of InfoCure's Hospital Based Physician Division from 1998 - 2000. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Indiana State University.
