Unveiled at International CES 2001, the new Altec Value Line (AVS) delivers the sound quality that computer gamers, MP3 fans and PC users expect in a space-saving and affordable package.

With pricing starting under $20, Altec's new AVS line consists of three speaker systems:

-- AVS500 - Designed especially for gamers, the five-piece AVS500 system
utilizes four satellites and a subwoofer to deliver true multi-dimensional

requirements of today's most demanding games.

-- AVS300 - The three-piece AVS300 combines two satellites and a subwoofer to
