Altaworks Corporation, a leading developer of Web application performance management software, announced today the acquisition of the Resonate Commander Solutions(TM) product line and customer base for an undisclosed sum. The transaction represents an important piece of Altaworks' growth strategy and rounds out its product offerings to provide enterprises with user-centric business service-level monitoring capabilities along with deep performance analysis and correlation for application quality management (AQM).
