Moy's career spans over 15 years in the field of computer graphics. Most recently with SOFTIMAGE, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Prior to SOFTIMAGE, Moy was U.S. Sales Manager at ElectroGIG, USA, where he opened up the sales office for this Netherlands-based 3.D graphics company. He began the establishment of their dealer sales network for the United States. Moy was also involved in the establishment of the Chicago sales office for Toronto-based Alias Research. For four years, as a sales engineer, he helped establish a strong user base for Alias in the industrial design area.

Moy also worked for Computervision Corporation in Bedford, Massachusetts, the leading CAD/CAM CAD/CAM
 in full computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing.

 vendor in the 1980s. He spent six years with them in a number of departments, including customer training, sales and marketing support. Prior to Computervision, Moy was an instructor in the Department of Engineering Graphics at the Illinois Institute of Technology Illinois Institute of Technology, in Chicago; coeducational; founded 1940 by a merger of Armour Institute of Technology (founded 1892) and Lewis Institute (1896).  in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Graphics from that same institution. Moy's vast experience and varied background will assist in the strategic direction of Altarich Energy Inc.

Cyphertech Canada and Altarich Energy will be holding their major transaction meeting the latter part of February to finalize the major transaction. The two companies have agreed to reduce the number of shares to be issued to Cyphertech Canada to 9.5 million common shares and 9.5 million warrants, 4.75 million of which are exercisable at $0.50 and 4.75 million of which are exercisable at $1.00.
