Altai Resources Inc. Signs A Fiscal Advisory Agreement With Dominick And Dominick Securities Inc.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 24, 1999--

Altai Resources Inc. (TSE: ATI.) (US Sec. Rule 12g3-2(b) File # 82-2950) ("Altai") has signed a fiscal advisory agreement ("Agreement") with Dominick and Dominick Securities Inc. of Toronto, Canada ("DDSI") effective December 1, 1999. DDSI will advise Altai, its subsidiaries and affiliates in matters of capital structure, mergers, acquisitions and marketing of any securities offering undertaken by Altai.

Altai expects that DDSI will conduct a due diligence of the Company in the coming weeks and if satisfactory lead a financing, on best efforts basis, of approximately $5 million in the first quarter of the year 2000.

DDSI is a member firm of the Toronto, New York and American Stock Exchanges.

Altai is looking forward to working with DDSI for mutual benefits of both parties and believes that DDSI's advice and assistance will significantly contribute to the shareholders' value of the Company.
