 (Nasdaq: IWOV), the leading provider of Content Infrastructure, to integrate AltaVista Software's industry-leading indexing and categorization functionalities with Interwoven MetaTagger 3.0 software. In support of Interwoven's comprehensive Content Infrastructure platform, AltaVista Software will deliver a powerful integration module to provide indexing and full text search of Interwoven's managed content via MetaTagger 3.0.

The integration will incorporate Interwoven MetaTagger's content recognition, content classification and controlled XML-based vocabulary features into AltaVista's search technology. By integrating with Interwoven, AltaVista will allow for enhanced search capabilities and the ability to index and search Interwoven managed content and allows for newly published editions of TeamSite content to be automatically and immediately indexed by AltaVista's search engine.
